About Market Astra

Market Astra is a native AI chat application for MetaTrader 5 that reads real-time chart data (e.g., BTC/USD, XAU/USD) and sends it to advanced AI models like Claude Opus 4 or GPT-4o-mini, allowing you to chat with AI for trade advice or chart analysis. The software operates locally on your device and connects to external AI services.

License Agreement

License Types

We offer two license types for Market Astra:

Perpetual License Terms

• One-time Payment: All licenses are perpetual, meaning you pay once and can use the software forever
• Lifetime Updates: Your license includes lifetime free updates
• No Subscription: There are no recurring fees or subscription requirements

License Activation and Transfer

• You may activate your license on the number of devices specified in your license type
• License transfers between devices are allowed - contact us at caoviethuy11@gmail.com
• Each license is tied to the email address used for purchase
• You are responsible for keeping your license key secure

Permitted Use

You may use Market Astra to:

• Analyze MetaTrader 5 chart data with AI assistance
• Chat with AI models for trading advice and chart analysis
• Use our open-source MetaTrader 5 bot to send data to the app
• Connect your own MetaTrader 5 expert to our local server at http://localhost:3456

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Distribute, share, or resell your license key
• Use the software for any illegal activities
• Circumvent any licensing or activation mechanisms
• Use the software on more devices than your license permits

System Requirements and Compatibility

• Operating System: macOS 13.0 or later
• Architecture: Intel x64 and Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) supported
• Dependencies: MetaTrader 5 platform
• Network: Internet connection required for AI model access and license activation

Privacy and Data Handling

• Chart data is processed locally on your device and sent to AI services for analysis
• We do not store or retain your trading data on our servers
• AI services may process your data according to their privacy policies

Open Source Components

• Our MetaTrader 5 bot is open source and available for review
• Market Astra may include third-party open source components

Limitation of Liability

AI Services and External Dependencies

• Market Astra integrates with third-party AI services (Claude, GPT models)
• These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies
• Availability and performance of AI services may vary
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated trading advice

Termination

Termination by User

• You may stop using Market Astra at any time
• Uninstall the software to terminate your use
• License remains valid for future use within terms

• Refunds may not be available for terminated accounts
